Rob Keeley is a writer of short stories, novels and drama, particularly for children and a family audience. His novels and short stories for children are published by Matador, an imprint of Troubador Publishing, in both paperback and eBook form. His books have been longlisted for the inaugural Bath Children's Novel Award and the International Rubery Book Award, highly commended for the Independent Author Book Award and nominated for the People's Book Prize. Rob has also written for Chain Gang and Newsjack for BBC Radio 7 (now BBC Radio 4 Extra) and for a variety of publications. He lives on the Wirral. He is available for school/library visits, readings, signings and creative writing workshops and also handles freelance editorial work. He is currently looking to move into film and TV and has recently completed courses in Filmmaking and Screenwriting. From 2016 he has been a judge for the IGGY and Litro Young Writers' Prize.
