P-P Hartnett

P-P Hartnett (born London, 15/06/58) grew up in a residential homefor the elderly until the age of seven. His photography and journalismhas featured in The Sunday Times Magazine, The Independent, i-D,Attitude, City Life and Time Out - amongst others - broadcast onVH1 and RTL, plus exhibited in London, New York and Tokyo. Hartnett is the author of three novels and a book of short stories: Call Me (Pulp Books, 1996), I Want To Fuck You (Pulp Books, 1998), Sixteen (Sceptre, 2001) and Mmm Yeah (Pulp Books, 1999). Previous to City Secrets, he has edited two anthologies of short fiction, The Gay Times Book Of Short Stories: New Century, New Writing (Gay Times Books, 2000) and The Next Wave (Gay Times Books, 2001). P-P Hartnett lives alone. Home is a terraced house on a hill in Colne, Lancashire. His latest novel, Rock 'n' Roll Suicide, was published by Picador.
