Come along for a cuppa and a chat with Anne Baker, one of Merseyside’s finest novelists.

Anne Baker trained as a nurse in England, but after her marriage, she lived in Libya and Nigeria before returning to her native Birkenhead where she worked as a Health Visitor for over ten years before taking up writing. She now lives with her husband on Merseyside. Anne Baker’s other Merseyside sagas include The Wild Child, A Labour of Love, The Best of Fathers, All That Glistens and Through Rose-Coloured Glasses. Through Rose-Coloured Glasses is published in paperback in July 2010, and her next book Nancy’s War is published in paperback in February 2011.
