Capsica

Capsica is a Liverpool-based publishing house, producing high quality non-fiction books on a range of subjects. Innovative and flexible, Capsica work with a talented team of award-winning writers, editors, designers and printers. Recent titles include Sound: the Liverpool Pop Quiz, The Culture of Capital, and Heathcotes at Home - the new recipe book for chef Paul Heathcote.

Future titles include a roll-out of the Culture of Capital & Capital City books, in the UK and USA. Capsica is also developing an online bookselling operation in a specific niche market.

Capsica is part of an informal alliance of companies that includes Garlic Press and Cities 500.

Capsica's co-director, Arabella McIntyre-Brown, is also a director of Garlic Press, and author of Liverpool: The First 1,000 Years, Cross The Mersey (the Mersey Ferries guide), and The Dragon That Squeaked (Garlic Press).
