The Wirral

Although a relatively small and far-flung corner of the North West, the Wirral is home to some exciting literaray projects like Gladys Mary Coles' Headland Press and a number of dedicated reading groups and affiliations. The Wirral is not included in the Writing on the Wall Festival's remit (see Merseyside).
